WAS OVERRATED!

The only salvation was Daniel Henney and Ryan Reynolds who both had about 20 minutes of screen time. Taylor Kitsch’s appearance wasn’t too bad, but I think I was more excited that the character Gambit is back on screen! Oh and Ryan Reynolds with no mouth and an ugly head at the end? Not cool either.

Definitely DVD movie, but it was GREAT to spend quality time with a great friend

My attempt to head to school to finish my work before tomorrow’s trip was a massive failure, ended up watching Shinjuku Incident (新宿事件) instead.

My point is to complain about how they made Daniel Wu look horrendous! He looked every bit the eye candy he is at the start of the film, albeit a little scruffy but he was playing an illegal immigrant after all. BUT…

WHAT WAS WITH THE BAD PERM (after his hand got severed) and THE HORRIFIC WIG!?

I’m still angry that they made him look like the freak above. Boooohooooo!

My excess boredom has made me want to start reading the books after watching the movie last night. Yes YANG, I’ve finally watched it.

No Edward Cullen is NOT hot, and the movie was so overdrawn. But because I have absolutely NOTHING to do besides sending out resumes, I might just buy the books back in Singapore.

I never realized how crude Hokkien sounds until today. That, and how I still, after 21 years of living in our sunny little island cannot understand Hokkien beyond the very colorful phrases ;p But OMG PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO WATCH “MONEY NO ENOUGH 2“!! Yes, my mom bought the DVD. And I had to rewind the damn movie at least five times because I was online and I had to read the subtitles to understand what the hell was going on. How much Hokkien do people speak in Singapore anyway? I seriously haven’t heard that much being spoken back home – it’s always a smattering of Singlish anyway.

I’m tickled by the ERP joke that was in the beginning and I’m almost at the end of the movie. Mark Lee’s character in the film was going on about how the CTE should have two ERP gantries, the first one to deduct your money and the second for “putting” your money back in if you’re caught in a jam!!!!! I’m sorry I think I’m very very lame right now because I’ve been playing Pet Society for ages!!

And OH MY GOD! The little girls who were made to 跑歌台. Ade, it’s so 普威之夜!!

EVERYONE FROM SINGAPORE!!! YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT! IT’S EFF-ING HILARIOUS!!!!!!

In light of my darling Yang’s latest blog post, I decided to re-watch Breakfast at Tiffany’s for the millionth time and I’ve decided than J has to watch the WHOLE movie at least once with me

There’s peachy days, there’s “highlander” days and there’s days where one sits in a pool of self-pity without even a trace of a flounder.

I’ve pictures to upload for when I’m a depressed geriatric (lol), reminiscing. Theresa hun, you were awesome at your drama. Also for memory’s sake, I’ve been hanging out with some of my favorite people in Melbourne and I’m loving it!

On another note, Spiderman 3 was draggy and the only thing that made the ticket worth it (well, kinda worth it) was the presence of James Franco.
